Best gym in the area! Everything you need from bikes to bench press and everything in between. Haven’t been to any classes yet, but only hear good things about them too. Great staff and laid back atmosphere, give this place a try!
Fit4life has a great silver sneakers and chair yoga class. Both Blake Cates, instructor for silver sneakers, and Erica, instructor for chair yoga, do a fantastic job. Everyone is welcomed and made to feel at home. There is personal interest in whether members are getting what they need. So good to have Fit4life in our home town.
Fantastic gym! Everything you could need to get a great workout! Classes are so much fun, wonderful instructors and the best personal trainers in Onslow County!!
I went in on Black Friday and started my membership which was the best decision ever ! Clean workout equipment, very clean flooring and with monitors that show me what my kids are doing in the child area this gym is my new paradise ! Definitely come check it out if your in Onslow County !!
