Last time we ordered a pizza the pizza wasn’t even cut. We always get a large Italian sausage with onions and mushrooms. Tonight they put bacon on it. Their customer service sucks which is why I use the app instead of calling it in. When we called about the pizza that wasn’t cut we were just calling to say hi y’all skipped a step. We cut it ourselves it was fine. They lied to us about replacing it and they were extremely rude. With the bacon we said why bother because it would have been a headache
The only reason we go to dominos is because their pizza normally is better but after the last couple of times we might be switching to Pizza Hut.
Pizza is always correct!!! Often other places mix your order up but this Dominos has never messed up my orders. They give plenty of your choice of toppings so this is my favorite pizza choice above little Caesar, Pizza Hut , papa John or any other local shops!!!!!by far the best around!!!!
I only voted a one star for one reason - they were quick to get everything done. When I got home with picking up my order, I realized how they got everything done in such a hurry. Not only did my wife's pasta tasted horrible as if it was slipped together, it LOOKED terrible and there wasn't even a lot of anything in the bowl?! As if that was bad, the pepperoni pizza we had ordered also, was EXTREMELY HARD AND STALE! It had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite some time! That is completely disgusting and will be taking our money elsewhere! Definitely ordering from Napoli's instead.
We lived out of delivery range before, so we decided to try delivery today. The best tasting things were the salad and cheesy bread. The chicken was supposed to be boneless with bacon and cheese, it's really dry and crusty, can't decifer the bacon from the cheese. The chicken Alfredo does not have enough sauce, & it's dry. 4 items totalling $28+ tip! Everything was barely warm, won't be ordering again when they have 2 competitors near them that can do WAY better.
