No bueno :(
My husband booked a reservation 2 weeks ahead of time. We called last night to confirm our reservation and pick up time and when we got to OAJ terminal to pick up and go, they weren't there or open and left a sign that said we had to go through OAJ enterprise ( whom we've had HORRIBLE service with in the past). And They're now telling us our payment method is no good we need to apply for a major credit card and they can't find us a rental until after 5pm and it's going to be an upcharge from 213$- 300$ on top of a 200$ deposit. His leave doesn't allow much wiggle room for an 8 hour delay.. Way to treat your service members/ family Alamo and Enterprise of Jacksonville, NC
Had a great experience with this rental. Suv was great, clean and a good value. Would definitely rent again if the need arose.
Horrible Staff at this location. Woman with blond hair and too much make-up looking like a plastic ugly barbie from the dollar store was very rude and unprofessional. We are military family and travel a lot and have used alamo for many years with no problem. I came to this location for the first time and was horrified with mistreatment, lack of empathy, and respect. Lastly, she charged my account, and the money is still not back in my account. I am writing a letter to the CEO of the company, is how bad my experience was.
I have rented with Alamo plenty of times and never had a problem until now. They have charged my account twice for 240.00 dollars and i only rented with them from Friday to Sunday morning. I was told they was releasing my funds back into my account, this have been going on with an week now. Just horrible
I had a smooth transaction. They have really stepped up their game. The pictures below show the vehicle dirty but that is from me. I got my car from Alamo at the airport. I have rented from them before and never had such a smooth transaction as I did this time. I will rent from them again!
