DO NOT RENT FROM DOLLAR RENT A CAR IN JACKSONVILLE NC!!! They will not have your vehicle or your RESERVATION available and will not provide any service once you are screwed. I was left stranded with three young children at the airport and was not even offered an apology from two escalation managers and the branch manager! WHAT A WASTE!!!

This is one of the worst places to rent a car. Hertz personnel at Albert J. Ellis must hate their jobs. Customer Service at National and Enterprise 200 percent better to deal with.
