When I returned the car I only had the 3.99 insurance. I got charged for 2 days for everything BUT the 3.99 insurance. Because the car was rented out of the a different location and this was the drop off point the ticket had been closed. I literally got overcharged $75 because who ever was closing the ticket wasn't paying attention or confused not sure. I was told oh well call the one you rented from I can't do anything. All of the Rental Locations in the this area need to communicate better! Didn't try to solve the situation or anything. I tried calling 30 minutes before 5pm before the one I rented from closed, but all I got was busy line for 20 minutes.

Reserved rental online for midday, get a call first thing in the morning stating that if we dont get down to the office to get the car we reserved, we may not get it until at least 3pm that afternoon.

Otherwise, we usually have a pretty easy time with our rentals......

Experience and customer service was great. Rates were a little high. We did have a problem with the car smelling of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to get another car after noticing. Nice lady said she would mark it on our account so we "wouldn't be charged for it". That ended up meaning they took of a $25 discount for it. I think they should have taken more. Also the oil needed to be changed badly and the notification the whole weekend grew annoying but non the less the car looked clean and ran well.

When we did get there, we were given a vehicle smaller than what was reserved and clearly couldnt fit everyone we had travelling with us. Had to haggle and finally did get a large enough vehicle, though, again, NOT the one we reserved.

Luckily we were in a position to go ahead and get it by juggling a few things around, but really? Why did we reserve it if its first come first serve?

We rented from the OAJ airport. The last problem I had was getting through to customer service on the phone. I tried calling several times on different days and could not get through at all. Other than those few kinks, overall good service and company. Will try them again.

Exceptional service from the Enterprise located in the airport. I reserved a vehicle that wasn't in stock and was given an upgrade the 1st time, second time I had a little issue and the rep was very pleasant and got things worked out for me, the next day I received a call from Alisha, and she was calling to follow up with me about the previous visit. She wanted to know if there was anything that she could do and apologized on behalf of enterprise for any inconveniences. I assured her that all was well. I really appreciate her for checking on me and wasn't expecting a call from her, the world needs more Alisha's!!!

I have used this Enterprise several times. I have had a great experience each time I have picked up and dropped off vehicles from this location.
